Missing/Damaged parts. Decent treadmill
Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews
For one the shipping of my treadmill was horrible. The box came all ripped up right through the middle and one of the screws was through the box and broken instead of securely screwed into the bottom of the machine. The belt has a permanent indentation i guess from the parts that were on top of it or something I'm not sure. Then after putting it together i notice it didn't come with the bracket and thing to put on the rails to fold up the treadmill when not in use. I have yet to contact Weslo about that yet but I'm sure it wont be fun. Overall the treadmill seems decent. This is my first one. Putting the treadmill together isn't that hard if you have help. The only hard part is putting the bottom part on.

When I ordered on line I new that there was some assembly required but the base did not fit and I had to order another base. I received the new base for the treadmill and again it did not match up to the holes of the treadmill. Very frustrating. I didn't figure on having to take apart the treadmill and reassemble it for it to work. I gave up and will return it to Walmart. Very frustrating. I usually don't have a problem with assembly but this was more than I bargained for. Hope you have better luck than I did.

I receive my treadmill on 6/6/14, I love that it was on sale couldn't find it no where else for that price. That only little problem I had was when putting it together some of the holes where the screws go in wasn't big enough for the screws so it took longer to put together. I needed a treadmill for my weight lost journey and with the price it was I was able to buy it. WALMART ROCKS!!

We all wanted a way to be active in the wet winter months. We each love this machine for different reasons. My mom likes that it's easy to use- just push a button and it starts. Not a technically difficult machine. She gets a great workout and it's quiet. My daughter and my mom are both 5 foot3 and the smaller length of the deck works great for them. My daughter can walk/jog at the fastest speed easily. I love that this unit can handle weights over 300 lbs. it's easy to move around and folds easily. It's small and sits at the end of my couch. It runs smoothly and quietly. I can workout early in the morning and not wake up my kids. My only disappointment is that the water bottle holder is not very deep at all. The box that it came in is large and heavy- we had to take it out of the box to get it up the stairs. But it was easy to put together. Laura, November 20, 2017 Verified purchaser Cheap & Poor Directions on How to put together Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews When I received this treadmill, I was under the impression all we had to do was attach the computer component. Not so. The treadmill had something spilled on the rails that doesn't come off, the computer component had the wires all sticking out & don't go anywhere so they are hanging down. It is slow starting & I have no idea how to program the computer because there aren't any instructions. To fold it up you have to really stretch to pull the spring plug & then the unit itself is very heavy lifting it up. So no, I would not recommend this product. It weighs 110 lbs or I would have returned it. AnnieG, September 4, 2016 Verified purchaser Good basic treadmill Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews This was relatively easy to set up. The wiring inside the poles was interfering with bolting the pieces together, at times. You just had to push the wiring back. The belt is also slightly off center - but the book says there are ways to tighten and straighten it, if it becomes a problem. I just wanted a treadmill to get some walking exercise this is perfect. It's pretty quiet - unless you're at the top speeds. I'm a bigger person - weight, not height - and it's very comfortable. The stride is fine for me - at 5'5". I like how compact it is. We were able to find space for it inside instead of taking it to the garage. It tells you speed, total miles, and calories burned - but there's no way to enter a weight to get an accurate calorie count. I would recommend it to someone looking for a very basic treadmill to get started. FireJewel, January 27, 2017 Verified purchaser Good product Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews I really like this tread. Adjusting the speed is easy and you can jog on it, speed walk or just walk normal. It tells you the calories you burned and also keeps track of how long you were on it. The only problem I have had so far was putting it together, there was just one part I had a problem with. The part that has the wheels and you have to put it in was hard because there is a latch that gets in the way. it took some struggling for quite a bit. But eventually I got it. It is heavy so you should put it together in the spot you want it at. It does fold up but does not stand up on its own, it is better if you are going to put it under a bed or some place similar to that. other than that, I really like this treadmill, it meets my needs. Sailorsqueenie, May 21, 2011 Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews Smaller and space saving. Easy to get on, because it sits lower on the floor. Nothing fancy with features I'd ever use. Counts calories, & distance. Perfect for seniors. I'm happy with this purchase. Please see your owner's manual for all of the details. Good luck to you. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews Love this treatmill. The incline on it is amazing making my word out intense . I was very easy to assemble, it was basically assemble in the box with exceptions of a fee screws that was easy to screwed in for strudiness. The treatmil is not too big which is great for my 1 bedroom condo living room. The motor is not too loud which was a concern for me since iâm on the top floor of my condo unit, its really not loud but the sound is noticeable (iâm yet to have a complain so thats great) My husband and I order online and pick up instore because it was alot cheaper online and i was scared the lcd screen on the treatmill would get damage as alot of ppl complain about. The machine is heavy, freaking dam heavy so even if delievered youâll need at least 3 ppl to move for safety of your back. Overall a bery good reasonable price treatmill and i highly recommend. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews When we were putting it together we noticed that one of the up rights was bent in the middle and some of the paint was flaking off. The box it was shipped in was not damaged at all so it must have been like that before it was packaged. Treadmill seems to work fine but the damage is an eyesore. Herald, May 3, 2016 Good value for the money. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews Purchased via the website due to the local stores being out of stock. Arrived early which is always nice, but also had some handling damage upon arrival (delivered via FedEx). There was a dent in one of the main side rails. Somewhat disappointing but given the size and weight of the package, just did not seem to be worth the effort to go thru the exchange process. All in all we are very happy with the machine and glad we made the purchase. Very sturdy and stable when using which was a concern as I am 6'3" and weigh 190lbs. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't have any other brand, as I think Weslo treadmills are the best, in my opinion. It was a slight bit challenging to put the parts together, but managed it in about 2 hours or so. This treadmill isn't real loud, the belt stays well balanced, and overall is a high quality treadmill. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone wanting a good buy for a well built product. BlackPanther71, July 14, 2014 Verified purchaser Great treadmill especially for the price Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews This treadmill took my husband no time to put together. The only thing you should really do is Not tighten the screws and bolts until you get things fitted. The directions don't say that and I had to loosen and retighten. Since this is an inexpensive machine tightening once is best or things will loosen badly over time and workouts. tumbril, October 27, 2014 Verified purchaser I'm a 56 year old overweight woman Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews I purchased this treadmill because it has a smaller degree of incline than the others and is inexpensive. It is worth every penny! The instructions are well written. It isn't difficult to assemble, but took me some time because I'm out of shape. A stronger individual could easily put it together in 30 min. The first time I used it, I could only stay on 30 seconds! Within a week, I was walking 10 min at a time! I'm focusing on keeping my back straight, tucking my 'tail' (keeping bottom tight and tucked) which keeps my back straight and builds core strength. I was concerned because the online specs stated this was for those up to a clothing size of 50". I'm 54" and much of that is my stomach. I can use it easily. There's a 20" span between the handlebars. teacher, May 20, 2016 Verified purchaser great deal for first treadmill Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews this is the first treadmill i have ever had. i actually love this thing, bought at 89 dollars i thought it was a steal! i am 31 and put this together by myself, took a little bit but i did it. you only have to attach the handles and bars that run down from the handles. i thought the computer was the hardest thing to get apart. but i got it on, the bar on the top was not lining up with the holes, but i tapped it with a hammer and got it into place. this is on an incline and does not go flat. but i like that, because i think my legs will benefit more from the incline. yes the belt does move to the right like some reviews said, but it never jams up the machine or anything damaging like that. all you do to move it, is get off and put one foot on to get to to move back into the center. so if its going to the left use your right foot to move it back to the right. all in all i think i made an excellent purchase with this and cannot wait to use it everyday. i'm not in the best of shape to do that yet! but i feel this machine will do it for me and its easy to move and store it. mommyofet, December 7, 2014 Top 250 contributor Fitness Reality TR1000 Treadmill with 2 Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews I bought this item so that I could walk every day, even though the weather outside is freezing and icy. It was shipped fast, and fairly easy to assemble for an older lady. It seems quite sturdy to me. I'm still getting used to the incline, since I am used to walking on a flat surface. This is good for me, I could not afford a bigger electric model, nor did I want to deal with the weight of one. It did have a front cracked roller cover on it when it came. I am fairly certain that this probably happened in shipping. I contacted the company, and they responded right away and said they would ship out a new part. I received it in just a few days. I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this model. Several of the reviews on other companies said the customer service was terrible. I am very happy with this one, and Customer Service has been Great so far. I recommend it BeachMama, December 18, 2016 Verified purchaser Quiet, easy to use, stores in minimal space. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews It came defective; an improper wield made it impossible to lock it into position when in use. Customer service at Fitness Reality was excellent and within a week I had a replacement part and it works very well. I have had motorized treadmills before, and found the manual style a little challenging at first, but it was easy on, easy off, and provided a good walking workout. There is no level walking like in the electric, but the two inclines are only as difficult as you make them. It is very easy to fold it up when I am done walking even for this 68 year old woman. My 6'2" husband can't use it however, as his stride is quite long. That is the only reason I gave it a good rating instead of excellent. nutmeg45, November 23, 2014 Verified purchaser

Walmart sells a Fitness Reality Water-Resistant Folding Exercise Mat (79" x 35.4") that I bought to go under it and it is made by the same company as the treadmill. (The heart rate pulse pads really work great and allows the user to measure target heart rates, I was surprised)... It came in about one week and was in perfect condition. I try to put each foot down with the ball of my foot even with the top of the safety grip tape pads on either side of the belt where you step of the belt and it it give you a smooth start for walking there. Keep your eyes forward, do not be looking down all the time. Those two little screws with the black tee handles are for the LCD Display Computer and you have to really look hard to find the holes they go into ha ha... The two leads that plug into the display, the one that has two wires together plugs in the top hole and the one that only has the single wire plugs into the bottom hole. You have to install two bottom front support legs extensions with the 3 screws in each (one right one marked left ) and if you put a drop of W D 40 on them before inserting them in those square tubes it help sliding them in and aligning them. CAMPJEEP, January 16, 2019 Top 1000 contributor Unresponsive Customer Service Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews I ordered the TR3000 Threadmill sometime around May 3, 2016. The tension control knob was damaged. The packing was flimsy and I assumed that was how it was damaged. I emailed the company 3 times and left a voice message requesting a replacement part. After 2 weeks not hearing from them, I was fed up dealing with the business directly and decided to return the Threadmill to Walmart. I followed their instructions in the warranty manual to provide proof of purchase and orther pertinent information regarding Threadmill (i.e. Model, Serial #). I spent my valuable time corresponding to the company, but never once received any status of my request. Good luck if you decide to call them on the phone. There is no person to speak to and you will be directed to leave a voicemail. Even with that I received NO callback. This is the worst customer service outfit I ever dealt with. If you do not want the run around, don't buy a Threadmill from this company. If I could give a zero rating Inwould do so, but I was not given the option. I wasn't expecting something great and high tech...obviously. However, while testing it out, the computer didn't load any data. No movement...no calories being burned...nothing. My husband checked it out and saw that the wire going to the computer had been cut. I'm not sure if that was a manufacturing issue, or something that happened in transport to the store. The box was a little dented, but I didn't think much of it. I work in retail and know that these things happen. I honestly don't mind so much as to return it, I only care that the treadmill actually moves. But if you're buying this with the computer in mind, I'd strongly advise you spend the extra few bucks and get something a bit better. hcountryman, August 1, 2016 Comment from ParadigmHealth - 8/13/2016 Thank you for Choosing Paradigm Health and Wellness, Please note before returning please contact our Customer Service let us know the why you did not like it or any issues you’re having with the unit. Great uphill workout Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews In the steepest position it's more of an upper body workout than I want as you have to white knuckle the handlebar to keep up. The belt is manual and it does seem to want to run a step faster, especially in this position. The other positions allow me to run more at my own pace, sometimes having to grab for a moment to slow the belt. Feel safe on it but I'm sure treadmill injuries happen. It's got two skid resistant tracks on either side to bale out onto but sometimes I have to do a slow speed two step off the back. Really like it. Been running stairs for a couple years and was looking for a change. A half hour on this bad boy and I can barely climb the basement stairs I've been running. Thomas, January 7, 2017 Verified purchaser Makes me work! Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews This walker is a lot harder than a regular treadmill. Easy to assemble, maybe twenty minutes by one person over 65. When I set it for the high decline, easier to walk, but it felt unsafe. I moved back and almost tipped over. Be careful! The tracker is a pain in the neck, finally my puppy chewed the lower wire and I didn't have the distraction of the continuous jumping from miles to minutes to calories to pulse. Frustrating!!! Now I just put my phone timer on and ring a ding......I'm finished! If u want a good hard walk, keep it on the lower decline. I feel like I'm getting a good workout. Doesn't take up much room in my great room. Company comes, fold up and roll it away. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews Just picked this up after shipping it to my local Walmart last night. After about a half hour, my husband had it up and running. Pros: QUIET, EASY to move once you get the hang of it, VERY PORTABLE and it fits in the corner behind a door perfectly! NO FRILLS - - just a great, quiet treadmill. I've had other larger treadmills in my lifetime with all the bells and whistles and can honestly say that after walking on this a couple times...it's my favorite! Cons: None. Great little treadmill for the price!!!! frugalfitnesschic, July 20, 2017 great treadmill with great price Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews I was looking for a treadmill to just walk or run, that's is it, nothing more. I couldn't find any without any extras. this is what i was looking for: 1. small and compact 2. quite 3. not expensive 4. I did not want computer, wifi, fan, incline, tons of useless options, etc, this is the only one that fit the bill. not too hard to put together, some cheap plastics, and some pieces were hard to put together. also the lever is too short to hold the treadmill in upright position, belt is not 100% centered, but is not affecting the operation. overall I'll buy it again and do recommend it. there is no cheaper treadmill with this quality out there, I'm sure of it. ray214, May 22, 2017 Quiet treadmill--great for small spaces. Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews Pros: Easy to assemble and can be done by 1 person. Treadmill came extremely well packed--not a scratch on it. Treadmill can be stored upright when not in use and in this upright position, it can easily be moved from one room to another. I like this treadmill because it is very quiet and I can watch TV while I exercise. Cons: The computer console does not light up so it is difficult to read the numbers on the screen. Also there is no pause button. This treadmill is not for someone with a long stride or someone who is heavy as the walking surface is shorter & narrower than other treadmills. (I'm 5'5 & 120lb) MJLZ, October 12, 2014 Verified purchaser Great machine! Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews While I gave it 5 stars, the only negative thing Id have to say is that I'm not 100% convinced I was shipped a brand new, never opened, never returned machine. I noticed a few subtle signs that made me believe I was not the first person to lay hands (or feet) on this treadmill. Other than that, it's a wonderful, solid machine. Warning: I'm not sure if the online page stated this or not, but this machine has a label that clearly states this treadmill is for walking only … not running. Suits me fine because I don't like to run, I bought it for walking. I'm 52, 5' 9”, 195 pounds (now you know why I needed the machine!). I wanted a cheap, reliable, no-frills machine that will keep me moving in my home instead of in a chair in front of the computer. That's exactly what I got. Everything about this machine is basic but it's exactly what I needed – nothing more. It arrived on time, in good shape, and run very well. Other reviews stated that the motor is very quiet. It's true. I can't believe how smooth it sounds. I've been using it nearly every day for over two weeks and there has not been even a single hiccup in its operation. I've even lost 4 pounds! But today is Superbowl Sunday, So I'm guessing those pounds will come right back and I'll need to put in a few more miles. For the money, you can't beat this machine. splifsr, November 5, 2017 Verified purchaser Very Surprised! Average rating:out ofstars, based onreviews This has turned out to be a great little treadmill! I live in an upstairs apartment, so I needed something small and quiet. Obviously no treadmill is silent, but this one no louder than a dishwasher or washing machine. The compact size is also great for my small space, and the belt is the perfect width. I love that it is easy to move around by myself and fold-able to save space. It is very sturdy and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. I am 5'7/285 lbs and this works perfect for me. The assembly was pretty easy and once I had someone help me move the box in, I was able to assemble by myself in about an hour. My only complaint would be connecting the sensory wiring inside of the handle bar. The wiring was suppose to be already looped through the handle bars, so that all I had to do was connect them. But the wiring was not looped all the way through and it ended up taking me 30 minutes just to get all of that ready so that I could begin assembly. But I guess that's what I should have expected for the cost of this treadmill. Customer, March 14, 2017 Verified purchaser
